Mums and Bubs physiotherapy run exercise classes are designed to enable those of you with children to be able to regularly attend our sessions. Babies and other children are welcome to attend.
The physiotherapy run exercise classes are particularly good for those of you with abdominal separation (also known as abdominal diastasis or DRAM), incontinence, prolapse, back pain, postural issues or for general safe return to exercise after having children.
Our highly qualified physiotherapists run these sessions so you can feel assured you will receive the highest level of care. We continually move around the room checking technique and progressing individuals appropriately even though you are within a group environment. This is also good for you psychologically as it gets you out of the house!!
